Eleanor Warmack, CAE, CPRP
Executive Director
Eleanor has been the Executive Director of FRPA since 1990. During her term of service, she has seen tremendous growth in membership, a greater commitment to certification, the creation and implementation of the first ever marketing plan for the association, a reorganization of the Association's Board and infrastructure, successfully pursued aggressive legislation, and has been recognized among her association executive peers as a leader in her field. She is the 1999 recipient of the Executive of the Year Award, presented to her in October, 1999 by the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives. She also chaired the Board of Regents for the US Chamber of Commerce's Institutes for Organization Management in 2000-2001. She was named to the Tallahassee Community College's Alumni Hall of Fame. She served as Chair of the National Recreation and Park Association's National Certification Board. She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Florida Society of Association Executives.
Lori E. Womack, CPRP
Director of Professional Development
Lori began working with FRPA in 2002. She is a graduate of Florida State University with her Masters in Recreation and Leisure Services Administration. Lori is responsible for the education planning and coordination of all FRPA Sponsored events which includes: the Annual Conference, the National Playground Safety Inspectors Course (NPSI), and education for the FRPA Regions, and the FRPA Statewide workshop agenda.
Amber Bulloch
Administrative Assistant
Amber received her Bachelors Degree in Recreation and Leisure Services from Florida State University. In her senior year, she served her internship at the FRPA Executive Office, and now serves as the Association's Administrative Assistant. Amber is responsible for assisting the FRPA Executive Staff with all meeting preparations, coordinates the registration program for the Annual Conference, coordinates volunteers for conference, assists with the National Playground Safety Inspectors (NPSI) Course, and assists the Executive Director with the day to day operations of the Association.
